Our Manufacturing Process

Craftsmanship & Precision

Discover how every piece of jewelry is meticulously crafted from initial CAD design to final packaging.
CAD Designs
01

CAD Designs

The process starts with CAD Design. Based on your sketch or reference image, a 3D CAD model is created for precision.

Wax Department
02

Wax Department

Once the 3D design is approved, the design is converted into a physical 3D wax model. This serves as the master pattern for the casting process.

Casting Department
03

Casting Department

The wax tree is placed into a flask filled with liquid plaster (investment). Once set, it goes into a furnace where the wax melts out, leaving a hollow cavity for molten metal.

Filing Department
04

Filing Department

After casting, raw metal pieces undergo filing and grinding to clean rough edges, remove sprues, and shape the surface before setting.

Pre-polish
05

Pre-polish

Select elements and components are set, the pieces then move to pre-polish. This helps smooth out the surface and prepares it for assembly or main setting.

Setting Department
06

Setting Department

Stones (diamonds, gemstones) are hand-set onto the metal piece under magnification. Various setting styles (prong, bezel, channel, pave) are applied.

Final Polish
07

Final Polish

After stone setting, the piece undergoes a final polish to achieve a mirror finish and shine, preparing it for quality inspection.

Ultrasonic Cleaning
08

Ultrasonic Cleaning

The polished jewelry item is cleaned using ultrasonic waves in a specialized cleaning solution to remove buffing compounds, dirt, and oil.
