Yes. All our lab-grown CVD diamonds and moissanite stones are 100% authentic and certified. Our gold and silver jewelry comes with official hallmarking to guarantee metal purity.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is inspected and dispatched, we will email you a tracking link along with courier details so you can follow your package in real time.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. However, if we have already sourced or prepared the raw materials for your piece within that 24-hour window, a 25% restocking/material fee will apply, and you will receive a 75% refund.
Note: Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours as production will already be underway.

What is your return policy?
Because our custom jewelry pieces are made to order according to your exact specifications, custom items are non-refundable. If there is any manufacturing defect upon arrival, please contact us immediately and we will promptly repair or replace it.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes set by your local government. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the courier upon delivery.
